Appointment Guidelines

We encourage all first-time clients to fill in an intake form online before arriving for your appointment to cut down on the amount of time in the clinic. If you haven’t had a chance to fill out our intake form before you come in, please be sure to arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to give you some time to fill in this form. Be sure to check out our pre-and-post care treatment page before you come in for your appointment – some of our treatments require that you do or don’t do certain things before your treatment. If you’re not sure, or if you have any questions, give us a call. Most North Medical treatments will require freshly washed, clean skin on your face – including our complimentary consultation, so be sure to bring your makeup with you if you want to retouch following your appointment.

Cancellations

If you can’t make your appointment, let us know as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to re-schedule. We will charge a $50 fee for any cancellation of appointments made with less than 24 hours notice. Some treatments may require a deposit to hold the appointment.

Late Appointments

Unfortunately, we book our treatments back to back. We really want to provide you with the best possible treatment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will not be able to treat you. Some late arrivals may be charged a $50 cancellation fee.

Change of Mind/ Returns

We get it. Everyone can change their mind. We will happily offer a refund for any pre-paid treatment (i.e. money you put on your account to be used at a later date) within 48 hours of payment. You will need to come back to the clinic to have the refund processed.

We will take back unopened, unused product up to 7 days following purchase. We are unable to take back opened or used product.

Tips

Tipping is generally not expected at North Medical, but is gratefully received if you’d like to show your appreciation for an amazing aesthetic treatment – (i.e. HydraFacial and our line of targeted Advanced facials). We do not accept tips for injection treatments/ cosmetic medical procedures (i.e. BOTOX and filler injections). If you have any questions, please ask our front desk staff for more information.

Kids and Dogs

We love kids and dogs (we have some of our own!) but unfortunately, we aren’t able to accommodate or take care of them during your North Medical visit.  And, because of safety concerns, we can’t let them hang out in our waiting room to wait or in the treatment room with you. Please take this time to get a babysitter/ dogsitter and enjoy some quality YOU time.
