Product Returns & Refunds
We want you to be fully satisfied with your product purchase. Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit, minus original shipping fees. Store credit can be applied towards product or treatment purchases via phone order or in-spa purchase (not applicable for online shopping). After 7 days, or if the product has been opened, all sales are final. All returns will need proof of payment (receipt or invoice) to be processed.
You will be responsible for return shipping fees, and please make sure to label your package as a ‘Return’ on customs documents. North Medical Spa will not pay duties or taxes on return shipments. An original invoice must be included in your return package for the return to be processed.

Allergic/Adverse Reaction to Products
We want to ensure your health and safety. We recommend patch testing any new products you introduce to your skincare routine. Should your product cause an allergic or adverse reaction, please feel free to snap a few photos and share with our customer care team at email@example.com. We will assess and follow-up with you in a timely fashion to arrange an exchange or refund.
We try our best to package your products carefully, but sometimes damage can occur. Should your product be in bad condition, please feel free to snap a few photos and share with our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will assess and follow-up with you in a timely fashion to arrange an exchange or refund.
Products Exempt from Returns & Refunds
We want to ensure your health and safety and have a list of goods that are exempt from returns. This includes all sexual wellness products, ingestible products, hair products, sheet masks and one-time use products. All discounted items and damaged products are final sale and not applicable for exchange or return.
