GETTING STARTED

As North Bestie you will automatically have a referral code in your North Medical profile. To access the referral code, simply click the Referral Program banner on the homepage of the booking platform and sign into your North profile. If you need assistance with these steps, client care is happy to assist.

NEED TO KNOW

  • The New Northie must be new to North Medical Spa and must not have previously received any treatment at the spa.
  • New clients must use the referral code during sign-up; it cannot be added retroactively.
  • The Ambassador must be an existing client of North Medical Spa to participate in the referral program.
  • Existing clients cannot create new accounts to receive a $25 discount via a referral code.
  • The referral bonus must be redeemed within 6 months of earning the credit.
  • The referral bonus cannot be redeemed on retail products.
  • The $25 discount and 250 points are applicable to services only, not packages.
  • Ambassador points will expire within one year from the date of awarding.
  • Referral points cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
  • Referral points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • North Medical Spa reserves the right to modify or cancel the referral program at any time.
  • Referral points will only be awarded for successful referrals. In the event that the New Northie cancels or reschedules their appointment, the referral points will not be awarded.
  • The referral program is subject to all North Medical Spa policies and procedures.

FAQs

WHERE DO I FIND MY REFERRAL CODE?
You can check your referral code by going into your North Medical profile in our booking system or by calling our Client Care team.
Who can become an ambassador?
Anyone who loves North Medical, wants the world to know it, and has an active account in our booking platform.
Is there a limit to how many Friends I can refer?
No! Your people are our people.  Spread the good word about North. 
Do Ambassador points expire?
Yes,  once you have accumulated 250 points,  you will have 12 months to redeem the $250 towards your favourite North treatment.
Does the $25 credit expire when I refer my friends?
Yes, your friend with have 6 months to use their credit. The referral points won’t show up in your account until they have received a treatment.
Can the $25 credit and the $250 discount be used for retail items?
No, credits and points are applicable to treatments only. The $25 discount and 250 points are applicable to services only, not packages.
